Change the Open Purchase Order
Changing Order to open, Doesnt Chaneg the Transaction Table
Closing the Order
Closing the Order will change the Transaction to add OnOrder
Receipt Stock
Will Add to the onhand and remove OnOrder
- 2 for OnHand
- -2 for OnOrder
