Transactions with CreataCRM - Sales Order - Taking Stock Off

Transaction in CreataCRM, when taking off stock starts with sales orders,

Sales Order Process

Sales Order Process has 3 stages

  1. Committed (Open Sales Order)
  2. Allocated (Picking)
  3. Removes Amounts for (onHans, Allocated, Committed) (Shipping)

Creating a Sales Order

When Creating a Sales Order , the sales order starts on draft. this will not create a Transaction

Transaction Created - Committed Stage

When you convert the Sales Order to a be Open it will create a Tranaction, in this example it will create you can see below, it creates a transaction that is Committed.

Tranaction Allocated

When moving the from Committed to Allocated. You need to create fulfillment to move to Allocated

Transaction Allocated

If you have selected manual Pick process, it will start on Picking stage, which does not add to allocate

Moving Transaction from Committed to Allocated

This willl just add 2 to allocated with a new Tranaction

Moving to Packing, Doesnt effect any transactions

When Shipping, create another Transaction

  1. Committed -2
  2. Allocated -2
  3. On hand -2
