Shipping a Sales Order

Shipping Entire Order [1]

To ship all the unshipped lines of an order:

  1. Go to Tools
  2. Click Ship Order

The New Shipment popup will appear:

  1. Enter the Carrier of the shipment
  2. Enter the Tracking Number of the shipment
  3. Enter the Date Shipped (defaults to the current date)
  4. Click on Save

Under the Shipments tab of the order, you will now see a new Shipment has been added. For printing Delivery Dockets for these Shipments, see Printing Delivery Dockets

Shipping Single Lines [1]

You can also ship individual lines of an order. To do this, click on the Truck symbol on the order line.

Note: If the Truck symbol is greyed out, that means the line has already been shipped.

Shipping Single Lines [2]

The New Shipment popup will appear:

  1. Enter the Carrier of the shipment
  2. Enter the Tracking Number of the shipment
  3. Enter the Date Shipped (defaults to the current date)
  4. Check the Quantity to Ship to verify the shipped quantity of each product
  5. Click on Save

On the order, you will notice the Truck symbol has now been greyed out, as the line has been shipped.

Filtering Sales Orders by Shipping Fulfilment

In the Sales Order list, you can filter orders by their Shipped status:

  1. Click on the Shipped column dropdown
  2. Select None to display orders that haven't been shipped
  3. Select Part to display orders that have been partially shipped
  4. Select All to display orders that have been fully shipped
